THIS SUNDAY IS THE FIRST CONCERT OF THE SEASON

Sara Seidel and Scott Hayes – Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Two of our city’s prominent church musicians share a program of German Romantic organ repertoire. Sara Seidel holds the Master of Music degree from Indiana University and is director of music at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Worthington. Scott Hayes is director of music at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Granville and pursued his graduate studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Their program will feature works of Mendelssohn, Brahms, Rheinberger, Karg-Elert and Reger. Admission is a suggested donation of $10 at the door.<

FAMILY ROSARY DAY OCTOBER 12

The Diocese of Columbus’ annual Family Rosary Day is 3 p.m., Sunday, October 12, at St. Joseph Cathedral. Bishop Frederick F. Campbell will preside at this event of prayer and devotion to Our Lady. All are welcome.
