Welcome to Saint Joseph Cathedral!

Know that on behalf of the clergy, staff and parishioners of Saint Joseph Cathedral we are delighted that you have chosen Saint Joseph's as your parish.  In response to your desire to join the parish, I welcome you to complete the new parishioner registration form (details below).

After one of the Sunday Masses please introduce yourself, if you have not already done so, to one of the clergy in the back of the Cathedral.

Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the link at the end of this section.  Note the form is in Adobe Acrobat format and you will need either the Adobe Acrobat program or the Acrobat Reader to view and fill in the form.  If you do not have Acrobat, you can download a free Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in by clicking here.  After you download the plug-in, re-click on the link to view the registration form and you should be able to see and complete the form.

Please fill in the blanks in the registration form.  You use the TAB key on your computer to move to the next field/blank area.

The first field/blank for you to fill in is the Date.  Please do not fill in the Dear ____________ field/blank (the Cathedral uses this field when sending out the form to others).

After you have completed the form, please:

• Print out the completed form by clicking on the Print button on Adobe Acrobat's menu (it usually looks like a small printer icon).  Mail the completed registration form to:

You can also turn in the completed form at any Mass at the Cathedral by putting the form in a collection basket.
